Nodeocity provides web hosting, game server hosting, DDoS protection, database hosting, and related infrastructure services. Services are provided “as-is” and may change or be discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
Use of Nodeocity services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Abuse, illegal activity, network attacks, or misuse of resources may result in suspension or termination without notice.
All services are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
While we strive for high uptime, Nodeocity does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, and unexpected issues may cause temporary downtime.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Nodeocity is not liable for data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion.
Nodeocity implements security measures to protect its infrastructure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats.
We provide DDoS mitigation services; however, protection levels may vary depending on attack size and type.
